Dynamic Modders is a UK-based platform providing:

• Classic mod preservation and restored game content
• Modding tools, game files, enhancements, and guides
• Offline, personal-use modding resources
• A community-driven hub for global modders

All content is intended for lawful, educational, and personal-use purposes only.

We do not support piracy, illegal distribution, or malicious use.
 

2. Respect for Creators & Copyright (Global)

Dynamic Modders:

• Does not claim ownership of third-party mods
• Credits known creators wherever possible
• Complies with the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
• Cooperates with global copyright holders
• Updates or removes content when valid requests are submitted

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use mods to cheat or exploit online multiplayer
• Redistribute, resell, or monetise Dynamic Modders content
• Claim authorship of files you did not create
• Upload harmful/malicious files
• Abuse or harass our team or community
• Attempt to bypass paid access or licensing
• Use our content illegally or unethically within your country

Violations may result in:

• Permanent ban (global)
• Loss of access to downloads
• Chargeback dispute escalation
• Legal action if necessary
   

4. Legal Ownership of Games (Worldwide Requirement)

By downloading or using modded content, you confirm:

• You legally own the original game being modified
• You understand Dynamic Modders does not provide pirated games
• You are responsible for complying with copyright laws in your region
   

5. Product Terms (Digital, Physical & Services)
5a. Digital Products – Strict No Refunds (Worldwide)

You agree that:

• All digital products are strictly non-refundable once delivered or accessed
• Delivery is considered complete once a download link or file access is provided
• Digital goods cannot be returned or revoked
• Compatibility is the user’s responsibility
• You waive any cancellation rights once delivery has begun (UK & global law)

This includes downloads, ISOs, mod files, USB builds, guides, and digital services.

5b. Physical Products – No Returns Policy

Dynamic Modders does not offer returns or refunds on physical items, including:

• Modded discs
• USB drives
• Storage devices
• Hardware
• Accessories
• Items containing digital content

All physical sales are final.
 

5c. Damaged or Incorrect Items – Troubleshooting Only

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact: info@dynamicmodders.com

Include:

• Your order reference number
• Photos/videos of the issue
• A description of the problem

We will troubleshoot on a case-by-case basis.
Dynamic Modders may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• A replacement
• An exchange
• A correction or fix
• A partial resolution
• Or no action if the evidence does not qualify

Refunds are not guaranteed.

Failure to provide evidence may result in the case being closed.
 

6. Support Services & Custom Work

By booking support services or custom work:

• Fees are non-refundable once work begins
• Missed appointments without notice are treated as completed
• Custom work is considered final unless otherwise specified
• Support is limited to systems listed on our website
• Abusive behaviour results in termination of service
   

7. Community Behaviour Standards

A user may be suspended or banned for:

• Harassment or abusive behaviour
• Illegal or unethical use of mods
• Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
• Impersonating staff
• Repeated violations of these Terms

We reserve the right to deny service globally.
 

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products, files, and services are provided “as-is”, without any warranty.

We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility across all consoles or firmware
• Protection from bans or enforcement actions
• Successful installation or performance
• Continued availability of content
• Prevention of data corruption or loss

Users accept all risks associated with modding.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UK law:

• Console or account bans
• Hardware failure or damage
• Data corruption or loss
• Incompatibility with international systems
• Customs delays or import issues

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

• Mods may not work across all global console versions

Disputes must be resolved through UK courts unless local law requires otherwise.
