2. Respect for Original Creators
Dynamic Modders does not claim ownership over third-party mods or copyrighted assets.
Where applicable, we do:
Credit all known original creators and contributors
Provide modifications, fixes, or enhancements to existing mods, in cases where Dynamic Modders has directly contributed to improving or restoring content

3. Mod Usage Policy
All files and content offered by Dynamic Modders are provided as-is and are intended for offline, personal enjoyment and educational purposes only.
You agree not to:
Use mods to cheat, grief, or exploit in online/multiplayer environments
Redistribute, resell, or monetise any files downloaded from our platform
Claim ownership over content you did not create
Upload or inject our mods into malicious or unethical systems
Abuse our support services, team members, or platform
Violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension, blacklisting, or legal action.
4. Legal Ownership of Games
By downloading or purchasing modded game files from us, you agree that you:
Legally own the original retail copy of the game title(s) you are modifying
Understand that Dynamic Modders does not condone or promote piracy
Accept responsibility for ensuring your use of content complies with local copyright laws
5. Product Terms: Downloads, Discs & Services
a. Modded Files & Services
All downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, due to the digital and customised nature of our products
Some content may include modifications or improvements made by Dynamic Modders
Users are responsible for the correct installation and compatibility with their hardware or software
b. Physical Products (e.g., Modded Game Discs)
Refunds or exchanges are only available for unopened/unused products within 30 days of purchase
You must provide proof of purchase to request a return
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund
c. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at info@dynamicmodders.com if you receive a defective or damaged item
We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion
6. Mod Support & Custom Work
We offer 1:1 support calls and custom modding services as part of our premium offering. Abuse of this service—including excessive demands, disrespectful communication, or fraudulent claims—may result in suspension of service access.
Support requests must be made through the “Mod Support Call” or contact form provided on our website.
7. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
Dynamic Modders reserves the right to suspend access, deny service, or blacklist any user who:
Misuses our content or services
Engages in abusive, hateful, or unlawful behaviour
Violates copyright law
Attempts to bypass payment or access restrictions
Falsely represent themselves or our brand

8. No Warranty
All content and services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. While we aim for high-quality standards, we make no guarantees regarding:

Compatibility with all game versions or hardware
